Stripe has agreed to buy Parafin, an embedded financial products platform that provides credit offerings for small business customers. Parafin has helped more than 60,000 businesses gain access to capital and complementary credit products since 2020, and Stripe says the acquisition will strengthen its support for platforms and scale embedded finance across 18,000 platforms. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. This is Stripe's second acquisition in as many months as the company expands in embedded credit and finance.
