Plain-language beta policy. We'll formalise these terms with counsel before general availability, this version is written to be clear, not exhaustive.

By using Trend Lift you agree to these terms. It's an early beta, so a few things are provided as-is. We've spelled those out plainly below.

01The service

Trend Lift surfaces topics gaining momentum across public sources in your niche, with momentum scores and AI-generated publishing angles. It is provided on a best-effort basis during the beta.

02Your account

Keep your email accurate and don't share access in ways that abuse the service. You're responsible for what you do with what you find here.

03Content & sources

We show short snippets and link to original articles; the publishers own that content. Angles and summaries are suggestions to help you start writing. Review and verify before you publish under your own name.

04AI-generated output

Momentum scores and angles are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. They are not professional, financial, or legal advice. Use your judgement.

05Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the data wholesale, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

06Availability & liability

This is a beta: features may change, pause, or break without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Trend Lift isn't liable for losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its output.
