Meta's new Muse AI agent has been blocked from shopping on Amazon.com after Amazon began showing Muse users a popup saying "continued access by an unauthorized AI agent violates Amazon's Conditions of Use." Amazon cited credentials and transparency concerns and for now refuses to let Muse access its store. Reports say Meta did not notify Amazon that Muse would access the site, and Amazon has asked for removal; Meta reportedly rejected that removal request.
