Meta’s Muse hits Mac, letting the AI take actions on your computer

Meta has started rolling out Muse, an AI agent that can act on users' behalf on their computers, but Amazon has blocked Muse from shopping on Amazon.com. Amazon's site began showing a popup telling Muse users that "continued access by an unauthorized AI agent violates Amazon's Conditions of Use," and Amazon cited concerns about credentials and transparency. Reports note Meta did not notify Amazon that Muse would access its store, and Meta rejected Amazon's removal request.
